FrozenPlain has announced the release of Music Box Suite, a new VST/AU virtual instrument featuring a multi-sampled music box.
Music Box Suite comes in two versions, one paid and another free. The free version is fully functional, the difference is it has “only” 12 presets compared to those 40 found in the commercial one. Also, the full version comes with an additional sampled music box and some extra layering options.

Music Box Suite is ideal for cinematic music, but also in electronic music if you need to add some organic character. It is based on Mirage sample-based synthesis engine (VST/AU plugin for Windows & macOS) and offers a powerful yet easy-to-use set of features for manipulating the sound.
Music Box Suite Free requires adding to cart and checkout – you will need a valid email address.
Another cool similar virtual instrument is Music Box; it is powered by Kontakt and provides a clear and natural sound.
