ProjectSAM has announced the release of The Free Orchestra, a free orchestral library for Native Instruments Kontakt (Kontakt Player compatible).
One solid gigabyte of free, cinematic sounds taken directly from ProjectSAM’s acclaimed libraries. From orchestral string staccatos and brass clusters to symphonic percussion and dystopian sound design.

Throughout 2019, ProjectSAM launched 12 individual Kontakt instruments. The current release contains all these 12 presets in one package, plus two brand new presets with content from Symphobia 4: Pandora and Symphobia 3: Lumina. Also, The Free Orchestra now also offers a number of Multis, allowing you to layer the individual presets as you wish.
And maybe the biggest change and why not, improvement, is that the library is now compatible with Kontakt Player (version 6.2 or higher), which means that those who don’t have the retail version of Kontakt, now can enjoy this library without limitations.
The Free Orchestra can be used in commercial projects.
