Ample Sound has announced the release of Cloudrum, a free virtual instrument from the newly launched series, Ample Percussion.
Cloudrum is based on the sounds of a Steel Tongue Drum with a range of 3 octaves. It produces wonderful tones, adds color and a unique moderation to your music no matter the genre.
All the samples were recorded in high-quality 24-bit 44.1kHz sampling rate, with open, mute, opened release and muted release articulations. The synth sound is sampled from a vintage synthesizer.
Cloudrum is available in AU, VST and AAX plugin version for Windows and Mac OS. A standalone verison is also included.
