Just in case you don’t know…
If iZotope’s Product Portal is used to install iZotope products, it will install or update the product to the latest version, great !
If you have an older computer OS, the latest version of iZotope products may not work
For older compatible disk image installers of iZotope products inc RX 10 Elements, heres a link:

High Sierra and Mojave at least need older installers linked above, and these products should not be updated to the latest versions in iZotope’s Product Portal (but they can be updated if computer OS is updated as well).
