Audiolatry has announced an updated version 2.0 of their Drum8 free drum machine plugin made in collaboration with Cool WAV.
The second version comes with tuning for each sample pad, optimized files, redesigned GUI, and the latest macOS compatibility.

Now is compatible with the latest macOS versions, also it was optimized to be smaller in size. We added a tuning knob in the sample editor section, plus we made some design changes.

Drum8 is available in VST/VST3 plugin formats for Windows and VST/VST3 & AU plugin formats for macOS. The download goes through Gumroad, a valid email address is required.
