Syntler has announced the release of Oldigy, a free bit crusher effect plugin that emulates the sound of low-resolution digital systems.
With this plugin, you can emulate the sound of old samplers, game consoles, phones, or simply add digital distortion to your sound.
Oldigy replaced Oldigy-T (track) in the Syntler product line. Now the plugin works in stereo mode. And also you can choose not only the bit depth but also the sampling rate.
The interface is simple, with 4 parameters (bit rate selector, bit depth switch, a button for non-uniform pulse code modulation, and a filter) plus a bypass button.
Oldigy is available in VST/VST3/AU (32 & 64-bit) plugin formats for Windows and macOS. The download is instant at Syntler.
