SampleScience has announced the release of Gorilla Bass, a free bass ROMpler VST instrument plugin for Windows and macOS.
Gorilla Bass is a plugin made to create heavy Reese basslines for drum & bass, jungle, 2-step, and garage music productions. Pierre Parenteau says each Reese Bass has been created from scratch, mastered, and heavily processed to perfection. Beware though: these sounds are grungy and loud!
Gorilla Bass comes in two versions, namely Free and Pro. The only difference is the free version has 15 sounds instead of the 34 found in Pro.
The interface has multi-LFO, highpass/lowpass filter, ADSR envelope and glide, plus a reverb unit. You can choose from 3 voice modes: polyphonic, monophonic, and legato.
