Cinesamples has announced the release of Mike’s Garage, a free sample library featuring a collection of random percussive items.
The sounds were captured from items found around Mike Barry’s garage (Cinesamples co-founder) – the result is a cool set of tonal and non-tonal percussive elements. It includes drinking glasses, Cajon, car doors, page turns, adhesive tape, Ukulele hits, metronome, metal gate and much more. This library is a great tool to add fun unique sounds to your compositions or for sound design.
Mike’s Garage is a Kontakt instrument and requires the full version of NI Kontakt v5.6.8 and above. Within the free “Player” edition, it will load in demo mode. If you don’t own a copy of Kontakt, you can use the included samples (over 400 WAV shots).
