German developer Ldaysynth has returned with Lazerwave, a new freeware virtual synthesizer for Windows.
Lazerwave is an 8 voice polyphonic synthesizer featuring 3 oscillators with shapeable triangle waves. There is an ADSR envelope for each oscillator line, as well as LFO MOD selectors.
The specs continue with 2 LFO rootable separately, a low pass filter with resonance and a step sequencer with two timing modes (Host-Synced/Free Rate) for the cutoff frequency. The instrument also features a delay module with mono, stereo and ping-pong effects.
The creator says that Lazerwave “is maybe not exactly a typically waveshaping synth – it has more to do with the amplitude of the oscillators”. And like all the other Ldaysynth plugins to date, it is only VST 32bit (it works well via jBridge on FL Studio 64bit).
