Embertone has announced the release of Gobbler, a free/donationware instrument for NI Kontakt.

Gobbler is a strange & silly virtual instrument that follows our hero, Gobbles the Turkey. Gobbles is a happy, free-range animal, wandering gorgeous landscapes (created by Alex’s 6-year-old son Julian).

The sound is like nothing you’ve ever heard… and possibly nothing you’d ever want to hear: 5 adults gobbling away. The more you play, the fast Gobbles will run!

Have fun and HAPPY HOLIDAYS everyone!

Alex, Jonathan, Ali, Casey and Jacob

Gobbler consists of a NKI file, and has as source over 150 recorded samples (44.1 kHz/16 bit stereo). It requires full version of Native Instruments Kontakt version 5.4.1 and above.

The instrument is available for free/name-your-price. All the money go to The Global Fund For Children. This nonprofit collective is one of the most reputable and effective in the world, providing life-giving support for the most vulnerable people in the world, kids.
