Autodafe has announced the release a free sample library for Kontakt containing sounds from the Casio VL-1 (VL-Tone).
Casio VL-1 is a small synth-calculator from the 80’s, (in)famous for its sounds and rhythms.
Its software version features the 5 original on-board sounds (Fantasy, Guitar, Piano, Violin and Flute) and the on-board rhythms at fixed tempo.
The GUI offers controls for ADSR and FX Bypass.
Casio VL-1 is available for free download at Autodafe (requires add to cart/checkout).
