All the samples are completely free of charge and can be used in commercial compositions. But please note there is a £1 fee which applies per each download to cover the bandwidth costs. I am not in the position to judge this, and give the exact definition of the word free, but I think this fee is not that big for what the pack has to offer. Plus, you will be fully covered in terms of copyrights.
