Sonniss has announced the release of #GameAudioGDC Bundle, a free collection of 10GB+ of premium sound effects for game developers.
We couldn’t make it to the game developers conference this year, but wanted to do something special for the community. In celebration of #GDC2015, we have teamed-up with many of our suppliers to offer all of the #GameAudioGDC attendees and non-attendees a large number of premium sound effects (hand-picked) from each of their libraries.
…Alongside this, we are also running a HUGE GDC2015 #GameAudio sale until April 2nd. (You can save up to 50% off some of the best libraries on the internet). Click here for more information.
#GameAudioGDC Bundle contains 10.27GB (646 files) of high-quality sound effects from many of the best sound recordists and designers in the entire industry. All included sounds are royalty free, ready to be used in your commercial releases. Here you’ll find the license details.
The huge bundle can be downloaded directly via Sonniss website, but keep in mind there are 100 download slots available every 4 hours and according to site owners, as soon as they open the slots, 2 minutes later they’re all gone. So, the second option is to download the library via a torrent client. Click below the link:

I downloaded the pack using the second option, at an average speed of 1.3MB/sec.
I highly recommend it, it covers a vast of sounds, from various ambiences to animal sounds, transitions to computer noises, sci-fi sounds to basketball sounds, kitchen to squeaks and creaks etc. almost anything you can imagine.
