Starplugs has released Peak Meter, a free audio signal measuring instrument VST plugin for Windows only. This plugin is available thru Christmas Special, a giveaway series hosted on Starplugs website every December, since 2005. The oldest giveaways are also available for registered users (Delay, VU2, RuntimePanner, Gate, Meq Analysis and DC Terminator).
