Fsynthz released Hoar a free VST instrument plugin for Windows. Hoar is a string machine whith sharp and bright sounding, ideal for chords in trance, techno, dubstep or even ambiental.
This little but powerful plugin comes with 48 great factory presets: 16 FX, 15 chords (my favourites!), 9 arps and 8 leads. Also a great use for it is to create original effects.
